This is a drawing for a friend of mine ( [link] ) of his character I did a long time ago well I saw it just sitting there collecting dust so I decided to slap some colors on it


PS plz do not save and post this pic anywere else its not my character its my friends so plz ask him for permition for anything u plan on thinking about doing ... thank u...

*!Update!* I went and finished this pic finally, some of the changes I made are the backround, I added a shadow, added lightning, finished the green scales on his right hand and arm, I also added a few minor shadows like in the teeth, nails and spikes, and the pic is now a bit darker and bigger as well.

good job with the detail, man. I like how he's not just standing there dumbly like I see in other pics around DA. =D he looks like he has redeye XP

other than that, the muscle detail is wonderful and it's cool that you added a bg to it instead of leaving the bg white. =D good job.

what would make this pic cooler? Well, if you didnt' merge layers or anything (if you made it with layers) I say add a shadow (maybe 50% opacity) behind him that's Only against the colored part of the bg. ^^

This is extremely badass my friend!!! the shading and coloring is done perfectly and the lineart is clean!! plus the anatomy rocks too!!! i'm adding this to my Fav's bro! keep up the good work ^_^

Love the stylized anatomy you got goin on here. The pose is awesome too. Nice work on the colors; I particularly like the use of compliments for the rendering. The layout is sweet too. Simple, but effective. Great piece.
